To begin capturing critters, purchase a Net Gun from Pierre Cenn, the Critter Capture Mission Vendor. To use the Net Gun, raise the gun to your face to blow the horn on its left side and flush out nearby critters; pull the trigger to shoot nets. Each Critter has a particular set of tracks that can be found in various locations across the world and indicate the presence of nearby critters.
